~ Summer Apple Egg Salad ~
* Mash six hard boiled eggs
* Add a heaping teaspoon of honey mustard
* Add a heaping teaspoon of mayonnaise
* Add a dash of salt
* Slice and dice a red delicious apple into tiny bite-sized pieces & add to salad
*For extra zing, add crushed walnuts
