Strawberry Soup


~ 1 pint of fresh strawberries, hulled
~ 1 c. whipping cream
~ 1 tsp. of honey
~ 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
~ 1 tsp. of lemon juice
~ 1/4 c. sugar
~ fresh mint
~ whipped cream (see "Summer Blackberries & Cream" for homemade recipe)

Combine ingredients in a blender, serve chilled in punch glasses with whipped cream and fresh mint.
